National Account Manager â€" Industrial Transportation
Cleaning
DuBois Chemicals, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, has been
servicing customers since 1920. Our specialized sales force â€" 300 strong â€"
sells its chemistry, systems, programs, and solutions across North America in
the following application segments: Fabrication & Finishing, Paper
Chemicals, Water Treatment, Vehicle Cleaning, and Industrial Maintenance
Products.
Due to business expansion, Dubois Chemicals currently has a
National Account Manager-Industrial Transportation Cleaning opening. The ideal
candidate will reside in a major metropolitan area close to a major airport.
This position will be responsible for:
- Identification,
development and retention of profitable industrial transportation cleaning
accounts
- Targeting
accounts such as freight companies, corporate truck fleets, commercial
truck washes, railroads, regional transit and municipal business
- Directing
and coordinating account service and maintenance primarily through Dubois
sales and technical service groups, or through our distribution network
where suitable
- Target
account size is $50,000/year and up
To qualify
for this exciting opportunity, candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years
industrial/technical sales experience
- Vehicle wash experience
strongly preferred
- Corporate selling skills
- Demonstrated sales
abilities across a range of management levels
- Excellent verbal and
written communication skills
Job Requirements

- Account development
skills – ability to develop a network of relationship contacts at target
accounts
- Financial skills –
employs return on investment concepts to craft profitable deals
- Negotiating skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
(Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
