Job Description
OBJECTIVE
This position will provide C# .NET development skills associated with Infrastructure, Business, Web, and Collaboration Applications. This person will be responsible for coming up to speed on current .NET development efforts, providing support and implementing new features for those applications. This position will have a broad range of .NET development skills including ASP.NET Applications, Excel-based Business Applications, and SharePoint Applications. Position will interact with numerous departments within the IT organization as well as other departments within the Archon family of companies. Position will be required to work in a team environment as well as individually to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS
5 years of Object oriented programming (C#, Java, C++)
At least 2 years of current C# development
Visual Studio .NET 2008
ASP.NET 2.0 and later
SQL (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
Good English and general communication skills
Interpersonal Skills
Multi-Tasking Skills
Strong UI development skills (user controls, web parts, AJAX)
PREFERRED SKILLS
SharePoint development via Object Model (not designer)
Visual Studio Tools for Office
Web Services
