Job Description
Resonsible for performing various work functions in support of the Provisioning team. This will involve all aspects of the provisioning process including the turn up of service. Candidate would need to possess a working knowledge of telecommunication networks and their supporting systems. Work will support network infrastructure builds in addition to service order tracking and escalations. Responsibilities will include managing the order process which encompasses order tracking, validating engineering, documenting and publishing daily reports. Strong project management is required coordinating internal and external interfaces to complete the test and turn-up of services. Candidate will facilitate conference calls to identify and resolve issues.
