Searching for an experienced, dedicated and licensed Nursing Home Administrator. We need you to lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents/patients while achieving the facility's business objectives.
Job Requirements
To be considered a qualified applicant you must meet the following:
- Must be a Licensed Administrator and currently licensed by the State.
- Must have ability to complete multiple projects and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Must possess basic computer skills and proven abilities in performance management and effective leadership.
- Demonstrates positive customer service in performance of job duties.
- Establish and maintain positive relations with residents, families, staff and visitors.
