Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - In-House Facility
A well maintained skilled nursing facility with a large sub-acute unit is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their team. They offer a large spectrum of rehab services, which allows the rehab staff some nice variety throughout the day. The rehabilitation gym was recently renovated and allows for plenty of space for each team member. The rehab program is in-house so the push for therapy is to truly provide excellent, quality care rather than on pure productivity. They offer very reasonable productivity standards allowing for nice one-on-one time with patients. There are two full-time aides in the department who do all the transporting for the staff, so your time can really be dedicated to patient care. The administration at the facility is very supportive of the rehab team and keeps all the equipment up-to-date.

Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Skilled Nursing and Sub-Acute Facility
* Valid New Jersey Occupational Therapy or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License or Ability to Apply for a New Jersey OT or COTA License
* Experience Preferred, But Will Consider a New Graduate with Solid Affiliations
* Geriatric Experience
* Team Player
