Occupational Therapist - Part-Time or PRN Homecare:

Would you like a flexible schedule?  Do you prefer to work independently within your own time frame?  Would you like to receive one of the highest PRN rates in the area?

A reputable and stable homecare provider is looking for a qualified and professional Occupational Therapist interested in securing a new part-time or per diem position.  The area that the therapist would cover would be within Chester County covering a small radius around where the therapist is living.  Many of the visits are in Assisted Living and Independent Living Facilities, so it is very easy to get quite a few visits completed in a short amount of time.  The right candidate will be an independent Occupational Therapist with a good work ethic and great clinical skills.  He or she will prefer to see patients on a one-on-one basis.

The company invests in their staff both professionally and financially.  They offer excellent supportive management for all of their staff.  They really encourage their therapists to give true quality care and do not try to micro manage their staff.  The company has a very strong referral basis in the area and is able to keep each therapist as busy as they would like.

This is truly an excellent opportunity to have complete flexibility over your schedule while still earning a very respectable income.  As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you would be able to pick-up as many visits as you would like and they truly offer the area's highest rates.  Plus, they offer their staff mileage reimbursement and a cell phone stipend.  The paperwork is handwritten making it very easy to do while in the patients' homes.
