Position Summary
Reporting to the OT/PT Supervisor, the Occupational Therapist will provide instruction in activities of daily living to pre-school children in a center-based facility.
Position Accountabilities
- Instructs pre-school children in activities of daily living while maintaining a caseload.
- Completes reports within appropriate timeframes and ensures best therapeutic practices.
- Maintains appropriate relationships with team members, department members, supervisors, staff, parents and outside agencies.
Job Requirements
Position Qualifications
NYS License/Certification in Occupational Therapy with supervisory and pediatric experience required.
Hours of Work: Monday through Friday. Hours and days of work are subject to site and consumer needs.
