Job Description
Our client is a licensed, certified Medicare Home Health provider serving SE Florida. Their new low vision rehabilitation program has taken off and they are seeking to hire licensed Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapist Assistants in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate, and this program is now recognized as superior to all other low vision programs in Florida. It is the ONLY LOW VISION PROGRAM BASED ON ECCENTRIC VIEWING.
For interested candidates who previously have dismissed working Home Health Care, it is different with our client's program (low vision). They have waiting lists and, thus, it's easier to create logistically efficient caseloads. Unlike regular Home Health Care, where only 10-15% of patients need Occupational Therapists and the travel can be very time-consuming, we will work with you for an advantageous schedule that best suits you and our client's patients.
Full training and materials are provided so you fully understand our program.
If so desired, candidate can start as per diems with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week and advance to full time, salaried employees.
Per diem rates are $85 per one hour visits (average).
Salaries start at $65,000K.
Benefits: If our candidate works 36 hours per week or more you are eligible for Insurance and PTO days.
