Our client is in need of a strong accountant who has previous experience in the oil and gas industry. Candidates are being considered for all phases; including the AFE and JIB cycle.
**All qualified applicants must have a college degree and previous industry experience.**
Job Requirements
Responsibilities Include:
Calculation and payment of oil and gas revenue
General Ledger reconciliation and variance analysis
Month-end close journal entries
Assist with management reporting
Review contracts and ensure compliance
Work with field locations
Handle overhead allocations
Set-up and maintain AFEs
Assist with joint interest duties
