As a working manager, this position provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure operating efficiency and the highest level of customer service. This position is tasked with leading a crew of employees at a customer location and operating a forklift. Responsibilities Include:
- Coaching of employees that models the values and culture of the company
- Effective communication with customers and employees
- Ensure that all key processes â€" production, safety, and servicing â€" are understood by employees
- Coordinate inbound / outbound flow of product
- Inputting data daily / driver interactions
- Perform end-of-the-month procedures
- Forklift Operation
- Proven track record of success and stability (1 to 3 years)
- Demonstrated solid decision making
- Ability to provide new ideas “think outside the box"
- Works well unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Results oriented and can meet commitments
- Word and Excel proficiency
- Forklift Experience
- Bi-lingual / financials a plus
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
