Primary purpose of role is supervision.
Schedules work loads and trains personnel regarding various procedures and policies.
Provides oversight of quality work output and QA process both with FIC and Westlake resources.
Has thorough understanding of Quick Mods, IFalms, Gateway.
Oversees that all tracking events in work systems are being kept current.
Responsible for staffing forecasts and overtime scheduling and approval.
Develops and implements work performance standards and measurements for both FIC team and local resources.
Develops and provides performance reporting to leadership team of key performance indicators for document fulfillment and quality assurance related responsibilities.
Ensures that all subordinate employees receive on-the-job training on the organization’s policies and procedures.
Acts as liaison with other departments to resolve client problems and inquiries.
Directly resolves more complex client inquiries and problems.
Reviews work of subordinates for accuracy and completeness.
Recommends potential new hires, performance assessments, promotions and disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
Qualifications
1-3 years demonstrated supervisory experience and solid background in document fulfillment.
3 years of industry related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced education preferred.
Knowledge of the industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage large volumes of work in a timely and high quality manner.
Strong leadership and training skills.
Ability to utilize word processing, database, and spreadsheet software applications.
