Supervisor (Call Center Operations)
We're seeking an enthusiastic leader to coach and mentor a team of Recovery Specialists (Collectors) in our Texarkana office. You will be responsible for monitoring and assisting the overall quality of operations including but not limited to: supervising, motivating and developing employees, and analyzing and reporting performance trends. The selected individual will be required to work a rotating schedule consisting of a combination of day and evening shifts, and every other Saturday. Evening shifts do not go past 9 p.m., and Saturday's are 1/2 day shifts in combination with a 1/2 day the preceding Friday. Successful candidates will possess a strong desire and commitment to exceeding expectations and performance goals. Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, communications or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Minimum two years experience in a business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environment required.
Minimum one year lead or supervisory experience preferred.
