Candidates must have strong leadership & outstanding communication skills, exp. in perishables & expense control, solid organizational & prioritizing skills, understanding of all safety rules & regulations along w/compliance of state & federal laws, & exp. in production planning & inventory control. A min. of 3 yrs in a similar role & produce exp. strongly desired.
