Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the current and historical SAP HCM (HR) enterprise-wide organization by receiving approved changes and recording them into the system. Responsible for ensuring compliance to organization governance rules by verifying that all approvals have been received and the process to make organization changes has been followed.
Area of Responsibility
Key Elements
Organization Management
· Maintain MillerCoors organization within SAP real-time
· Add / Maintain / Delimit org units, jobs and positions in the system
· Work with Compensation and Payroll team to understand OM implications
· Track all changes to organization
· Ensure all new positions are approved and budgeted for prior to administering within the system
· Ensure organization data integrity to support key metrics and reporting
Qualifications Catalog Support
· Ensure all jobs requiring qualifications mapping are appropriately mapped in the system
· Work closely with Performance Management team to understand and be involved in the qualifications catalog build out
· Provide administration for qualifications catalog and map qualifications to jobs
Org Chart management and support
· Act as 1st level support for questions / assistance regarding OM/Organization (Nakisa) chart function.
· Will work as part of HR Systems support team and provide backup to other roles in this function.
Reporting
· Supports routine and ad hoc reporting needs
Job Requirements
Education level and/or experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years related experience with HR systems (SAP preferred)
Skills and/or knowledge
- SAP OM (Organization Management) experience
- Understanding of Qualifications Catalog framework and approach
- Knowledge of Nakisa organization chart functionality
- Deep HR functional and structural knowledge
- Expert level HR process knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of system security
