WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?
The project manager must be capable of overall management of a restoration project from the initial visit to completion. Communicates with customer, production manager, work crews, technicians, general manager and insurance companies on all aspects of the project. Responsible for job profitability/Gross profit. Responsible for contract administration and collection. Responsible for complete accurate estimates on project based on proper estimating protocols. Show samples and secure order before ordering project. Responsible to schedule and develop subcontractors. Must maintain communications with Insurance companies throughout entire project at pivotal stages through completion. Must maintain communications with customer to inform work to be completed and address any concerns or questions. Responsible for the communications to production manager, technician and crew the scope of work and field any questions, problems or concerns. Responsible to communicate status throughout project to General Manager and Production Manager.

· Must have experience with Sales, customers and profit margins and has a business mind.
· 2 or four year degree.
· Knowledge & experience in executing efficient production.
· Ability to plan and anticipate changes in schedule.
· Knowledge of coverage area (quadrants & zones).
