Position â€" Paralegal Assistant - Clinical
Duration: 6 +months
Location: Titusville, NJ
Assists in handling legal issues delegated by an attorney for which the attorney is responsible. This work may include: conducting advanced legal research; review and approval of contract terms in accordance with previously approved guidelines for confidential disclosure agreements, clinical trial agreements, and other documents related to the conduct of clinical research; assisting with contract management and the preparation of reports, presentation and training activities; assisting with compliance reviews and research; performing due diligence; and other duties as requested. BA/BS degree and/or ABA paralegal certificate with 6+ years of experience with clinical research contracting required or J.D. plus equivalent experience.
