%3CP STYLE=%22MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px%22%3EThis role is designed to maximize sales and customer service through effective planning, and in-store servicing.%26nbsp;A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals while providing outstanding customer service.%26nbsp;The extent to which customer service is provided to retailers is visibly evident when shelves and displays are fully stocked rotated and departments reflect accurate price tags / POS.%26nbsp;This role will be responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate call schedule.%26nbsp;The SSR will be the primary Kraft employee responsible for customer service at each store for the timeframe in which he/she is assigned.%26nbsp;Further, this role will be responsible for identifying and communicating individual store problems and opportunities to the appropriate Kraft Sales personnel.%3C/P%3E%0A%3CP STYLE=%22MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px%22%3E%26nbsp;%3CBR/%3E%0AJob Responsibilities Include:%3C/P%3E%0A%3CP STYLE=%22MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px%22%3E%3CBR/%3E%0A1. Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals.%3CBR/%3E%0A2. Enhance customer relations by determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service.%3CBR/%3E%0A3. Build displays and maintain retailer%26#39;s departments and displays in a fully stocked and rotated condition.%3CBR/%3E%0A4. Remove all unsaleable merchandise from the retailer%26#39;s selling area%3CBR/%3E%0A5. Be the primary Kraft contact for each store as assigned.%3CBR/%3E%0A6. Develop and maintain and accurate and efficient work schedule.%3CBR/%3E%0A7. If assigned-Maintain and update KRS Computer equipment%3CBR/%3E%0A8. Resets-If assigned to this responsibility, accurately reset category to the established plan-o-gram.%3CBR/%3E%0A9. Resolve space issues to the benefit of the retailer and the category.%3C/P%3E
