Crdentia has an opening for an experienced Payroll Manager in our Corporate Office in Dallas, TX. This position manages and coordinates the payroll information system. No phone calls!
Job Summary:
- Provide direction and supervision to the payroll staff.
- Process weekly payroll for multi state locations for all field staff.
- Process bi-weekly corporate/branch payroll.
- Prepare payroll reports.
- Evaluate and improve internal processes using payroll system.
- Work with branches to ensure accurate payroll.
- Work with confidential information.

Job Requirements
- Associates Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 yearsExperience as a payroll manager/supervisor with 3 direct reports.
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
- Experience working with Payroll company and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and various company software packages.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle payroll issues efficiently.
