Job Description
- Maintains a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures including the use of each system utilized by PBX Operators.
- Monitors, responds to and insures data update of hospital critical systems including response and knowledge of Life Safety systems.
- Operates a PBX console in a high energy office. Provides outstanding customer service to all staff, community, physicians, and patients utilizing the phone system, voicemail, pagers as well as the PC and Telephone accessed pager system.
- Projects an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct. Performs other duties as assigned.
