Job Description
Our client is a company with offices in NYC and NJ
Company is looking for an Entry- Level Network Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
Respond to calls for assistance from first level technical
support engineers, provide expert assistance in evaluating,
diagnosing, isolating, and repairing PC/ Network issues.
Document issues by creating and/or contributing technical content to
case logs.
Notify management on product issues arising from product problems identified through technical support calls with customers.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills,
knowledge of Windows Network operating systems, etc.
Computer Science or related degree preferred but not required.
Job Requirements
Computer Science, Information Systems degree or Related experience preferred.
