Job Description

The Citrix/Windows Infrastructure Manager will lead and guide systems engineers who provide Citrix and Windows server support. Provide oversight across this team and into other IT and business areas. This includes managing delivery, leading projects, change management, issue and release management requests from clients and other teams. Ensure client deliverables in order to meet or exceed client service levels. 

Responsibilities:
*Lead server management systems and software associates.
*Organize, and lead projects, ensure project deliverables are met on time and in accordance with stated deliverables.
*Provide production change request management, including impact analysis and coordination across delivery organization.
*Analyze test results and provide approval for installation of client production environment changes.
*Hands on Citrix and Windows Server work with team.
*Coordinate applicable user-acceptance testing with client.
*Working closely with customer teams, communication via internet, email, and telephone.
*Ensure Runbooks are maintained and up-to-date for all assigned clients.
*Responsible for managing ticket life-cycle for all production, issue, change and release management requests.
*Manage production environment, including access/security requests, capacity, software certification & renewals, disaster recovery plans.
*Ensure resolution of issues in order to stay on schedule to meet client service levels.


Job Requirements

Required Skills:
*Successfully Manage projects across teams/business units.
*Demonstrates the ability to deliver complex initiatives across multiple organizations leveraging personal influence and relationships.
*Excellent written and verbal skills enabling comfortable communication via email, telephone and internet.
*Knowledge in Citrix, Windows 2008/2003/2000 Server Operating Systems support, management, availability, and troubleshooting.
*Ability to work effectively and add value as a global team member and support customers.
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Visio).
*Experience with server automation tools.. 
*Proven client service management skills, with experience in independently engaging across functional delivery groups and associated business leaders.
*Conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
