Job Description

·        Sell appropriate pest control, lawn, pre treat and termite services for commercial   properties.

·        Schedule service dates and times. 

·        Communicate start service expectations.

·        Prepare contract for customers’ signatures.

·        Identify method of payment.

·        Telephone all new starts following completion of service to verify service and customer’s satisfaction.

·        Follow-up on all unsold leads.

·        Assure that recalls are handled within 24 hours of their complaint call.

·        Perform full inspections.

·        Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

·        High School education or GED preferred.

·        Excellent listening skills required.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Minimum of two years experience in Sales.

·        Computer literate.

·        Mandatory 40 hours per year training on all aspects of Pest Prevention.

·        Ability to pass a post offer drug test and subsequent drug tests.

·        Ability to pass a post offer background investigation.

·        Clean driving record.
