Since your pharmacy knowledge is the key to this role, no specific application experience is required. Previous systems experience is important though.
The ideal candidate will have several years of pharmacy application support, an understanding of pharmacy systems and operations, and excellent communication skills. Training of end users in the pharmacy will also be a component of this role.
