Job Description
Kroger Pharmacy is looking for highly motivated individuals for a pharmacy technician position. This job is a health care as well as customer service position. In this position, you will assist the pharmacist in processing and filling of prescriptions.
Job Requirements
- Applicant has experience with Window’s based computer system.
- Applicant is aware they will be required to be proficient on the pharmacy computer within 6 months of employment.
- Applicant will be required to pass the State approved examination, which tests for pharmacy skills and knowledge. It is required that all pharmacy technicians pass this exam within 6 months of hire. Failure to pass the exam will result in dismissal from the pharmacy, per Ohio law.
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older
