Job Description
The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Ernest C. Childers Outpatient Care Clinic in Tulsa, OK. The physical therapist will be working with the Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Polytrauma program under the direction of a Physiatrist. Develops and formulates treatment plans for outpatients within the Ernest C. Childers Outpatient Care Clinic area.
