PHYSICAL THERAPIST(Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN)

We’re seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for Kountze Nursing & Rehab Center located in Kountze, TX. We offer unparalleled career opportunities and our rehab services include the most progressive approaches with impressive clinical outcomes. 

We focus on short-term rehab patients returning to their optimum level of independence and discharge location through detailed and patient specific treatment planning. We also focus on providing quality services to our long-term care patients for the highest quality of life possible.

Job Requirements

Physical Therapist
Qualified candidates will possess:
• Degree and state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

The ideal candidate will have a desire to work with geriatric patients in a skilled care environment. SNF experience a plus.
