VCA is experiencing tremendous growth and is recruiting a Physician Sales Representative/Medical Liaison to join our Boca Raton/West Palm Beach clinics and further develop our expanding physician referral network.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement company wide physician referral strategies.
Manage (and continue to expand upon) existing referral programs and strategies.
Identify physician referral opportunities within the medical community via research and prospecting and develop long-term referral relationships.
Provide sales and marketing training to field staff including physicians and RN’s.
Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities within hospitals and medical associations.
Track trends, identify opportunities and recommend new strategies.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Bil-lingual Spanish preferred
BA/BS
Minimum 3-5 years sales/marketing experience in medical/pharmaceutical
Infrequent overnight travel- maybe once or twice a quarter
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to train and motivate diverse field staff including MDs and RNs.
