Job Description

• 10-15 years of Pick Programming experience.
• Work with a variety of Pick systems. 
• Add value to Pick systems by leveraging this company's products.
• Travel on-site to get specs, analyze pick systems to determine integration strategies, show some aspects of the design/product abilities, return home to complete development and integration/interfacing projects.
• Produce proof of concept demonstrations.
• Be able to rapidly proto-type to demonstrate solutions.
• Must be a communications oriented individual.  Not a heads down programmer.
• Consult with customers to provide software solutions.
• Learn new products to support value added consulting.
• Support existing customers and work with some new clients.
• Exposure to external customers or a consulting solutions provider role is desired.
• Must have excellent communications skills and business acumen.
• Be located in the East Coast area near international airport for ease of travel.
• New technologies skills and languages are a plus.

Requires travel 75% of the time.

Complete projects, design and develop from your home location.

Travel headquarters for 3-4 times per year for product and company related agendas.

Salary 100-130k

Bonus potential 10-15k
