Progress Rail Services Corporation, a Caterpillar Company and a leading provider of services to the Railroad industry in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil, seeks a Plant Manager for Russell, Kentucky Railwelding facility.
- Overall management of 20 employee production line railwelding operation
- Work closely with railroad customers to insure production schelules ar met
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Railwelding trackwork experience a plus
- Proven track record of managing safety, quality and production
- Electrical and hydraulic experience a plus
- Engaging personality with good verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees and customers
