Job Duties/ Description
Successful candidates applying for this management level position will be responsible for assisting with the manufacturing of the facility, meeting market demands cost effectively and meeting stake holder expectations. All of this in addition to the required attributes as follows:
Candidate will posses a passion to be an industry leader in safety performance. This must be a result of the belief that the facility can operate "injury free". Candidate will also be motivated to exceed environmental performance standards by having a working knowledge of the local, state and federal regulations that apply to the facility, staying up to date with the emerging issues and concerns and constantly seeking improvement in the systems used to drive environmental excellence.
Candidate will also be expected to meet production and quality goals cost effectively by attracting, developing and retaining valued personnel and focusing on equipment reliability as a key component supporting a safe work place, protecting the environment, meeting production targets and waste elimination.
Posses a healthy desire to capture opportunities that maximize profitability and align with capability leaders to drive continuous improvement efforts to increase performance in all categories across the company.
Must support the needs of a 24 hours per day 7 days a week manufacturing facility. This includes being available for weekend work and travel which includes air travel.

Safety, Environmental, Operations, Human Resources, Capital Management and Strategic Management
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in key leadership roles (plant management, production supervisor, operations management..)
- Working knowledge of a petro-chemical manufacturing facility and it's process
- Experience in OSHA 1910
- BS in Engineering
- Prefer a masters degree in business or engineering
- Familiarity with the production process of Ammonia, Urea, UAN or Nitrogen
