The job duties are as follows:
- Types foreclosure title reports such as preliminary and final judicial reports, title commitments, endorsements, and policies.
- Types miscellaneous correspondence and foreclosure documents.
- Prepares and submits requests for new and updated title searches.
- Reviews documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with applicable court requirements.
- Prepares and assembles materials for recording.
- Maintains required records and files.
- Photocopies and faxes materials.
- Sorts and distributes documents to appropriate parties.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two (2) to four (4) years of administrative and clerical experience, ideally within a law firm.
- Law firm experience working with complaints, service or judgments is a plus!
- Paralegal or legal secretary experience a bonus!
- Strong proofreading skills.
- Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and consistent record of delivering results within strict timelines.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- “Team Player" attitude.
- Ability to work at a fast pace, while maintaining the integrity of all work produced.
- Results-oriented.
