Job Description
Pollock Roe Processing Technicians (4):
Temporary 01/10/10- 03/31/10 (2 positions at King Cove, and 2 at sea).
Technicians must separate and harvest roe without damage, sort roe as to size, quality, & color. Grade roe according to established guidelines; pack roe in boxes; inspect roe to ensure quality.
Technicians must have minimum 24 months total experience in Pollock roe processing & knowledge of Japanese market requirements for roe products.
Salary $11.43/hr plus OT @$17.14/hr. Full time Seasonal. Transport to and from AK and room/board provided.
