Job Description
PORTER / LOT ATTENDANT
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Transporting service customers to and from their home or office.
- Working with Service Team to keep service drive clear.
- Take care of all car pick-up calls from Cashier and Service Advisors.
- Keep both Service lot and Sales lot organized daily, according to Management direction.
- Washing and Detailing of New, Pre-owned and customer vehicles
Job Requirements
Skills / Experience
- Understanding of basic customer service
Attributes
- Ability to work cooperatively with service technicians and other service and parts personnel
- Ability to listen to customers and respond to needs and wants.
Education
- High school or equivalent
Must have good driving record and valid license.
Must also be willing to work a flexible schedule
