ConAm manages approximately 40,000 multifamily units and employs over 1,500 associates. It takes a dedicated team of hard-working, skilled professionals to successfully manage a portfolio of hundreds of apartment communities located throughout the United States.



 

Job Responsibilities:

ConAm Management Corporation is looking for a Regional Portfolio Manager in our Plano Regional Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Profitable operation of all apartment communities in the portfolio (approximately 5 properties; 1500 units), ensuring excellent customer service and responsible asset preservation. Under general supervision will maintain fiduciary responsibilities in the supervision and direction of the day-to-day operation of the apartment communities. Staff, market and lease apartments at each apartment community to achieve income and expense projections according to the approved annual budget.  Communicate effectively with community associates, owners, owner’s representatives, residents, prospective residents, vendors and other ConAm associates.   All supervisory activities are conducted in accordance with local, state, federal and equal housing opportunity laws and in conformance with ConAm’s policies, procedures and core service values of care, hospitality, productivity and honesty. 


Job Requirements

(Apartment Management experience is required to apply for this position)



•3 to 5 years of experience as a Regional Manager for multiple properties (residential/apartment setting), with supervisory and management experience.

•CPM Designation is a plus but not required

•State of Texas Real Estate License preferred.
•Proficient with: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. MRI is a plus.
•Must possess strong leadership skills, be able to work independently and handle a large priority work load.
•Local travel required
