The position demands an experienced manager with a strong media relations background, great people skills, and an ability to focus on details while not losing sight of the big picture.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a broad base of skills and qualities, including:
o A demonstrated ability to build enduring relationships with clients and colleagues, preferably in an agency setting
o A track record of success in leading large accounts, and in devising and implementing successful media relations programs
o Experience and fluency in national business media relations, as well as executive visibility, message development and issues management
o Superior writing and analytical skills, and outstanding presentation skills
o An inquiring and creative mind, with a conviction for seeing things through, from conception to execution A background of working for business-to-business clients in the professional services, financial services, and/or insurance arena is strongly desired.
Experience with branding, internal communications and corporate social responsibility would be a plus. A minimum of eight years experience in public relations is required.
