Job Description

Our client, an established international corporation, has an immediate requirement for an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer.
2 openings, 1 Approximate 2 to 3 month contract assignment, and 1 approximate 6 to 7 month contract assignment.
Description:
Support the areas of process development, process implementation, process improvement, and cost reductions. Serve as a technical resource for maintenance, quality, product engineering and manufacturing; and will work within teams to ensure the most effective operation of processes.
- Troubleshoot problems encountered in current processes. - Generate ideas and complete actions to reduce costs. - Work on issues to eliminate problems by identifying root cause and provide solutions. - Ensure that all processes are documented. - Assist in product launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required, plus minimum 5 years related work experience; experience in the automotive industry or in a global manufacturing company preferred.
- Must have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills essential. - Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
