Our client, a prestigious Real Estate Firm in New York City, is currently seeking a Procurement Associate to administer purchasing functions for the company’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience of procurement/purchasing (ideally in real estate) as well as working knowledge of commercial procurement systems. Knowledge of vendor performance metrics is also needed.
Our client is offering a base salary up to $95K plus bonus.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience working in supply chain management/procurement
· Extensive knowledge of procurement tactics, procedures, systems and strategies
· Knowledge of service agreements, contracts, contract law
· Strong quantitative and pricing analysis skills
· Bachelors degree in a related field is a must
