Job Description

The Production Manager reports to the Branch Manager. He/she is responsible for the management of yard & production operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing a safe and cost efficient yard operation and production lines for refurbishing concrete forms
• Plan, implement and monitor production schedules
• Closely monitor payroll expenses (time cards, overtime hours and production costs)
• Oversee and execute physical inventory counts
• Manage production facility tools, equipment, machinery, vehicles (including preventive maintenance programs)
• Trains Yard employees in product knowledge, form cleaning and refurbishing

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess:

   5+ years of management experience in a comparable position within the concrete construction industry required

   Excellent communication skills (bilingual Spanish preferred)

• High school diploma
