Responsibilities:
?? Support the sales process which includes producing customer benchmarks, assisting with or leading the demonstration process, technical needs analysis, recommended configuration of equipment and workflows, technical support for workflow extensions such as Image Processing, Variable Data Printing (VDP), Web to Print, Integration, Color Management and Finishing.
?? Support the Graphic Specialists within their territories when needed to support the solution into advanced or complex printing applications
?? Work with the Sales Specialists to develop high value needs analysis, sales proposals, presentations and financial analysis for customers to support new business activities
?? Participate in the sales prospect and tracking process to support new sales activity including equipment, software and professional services.
Qualifications:
?? Must be able to provide commercial print industry expertise and innovative solutions in a fast paced, growing environment (currently working in pre-sales engineering / support function at a company like HP Indigo, AGFA, Heidelberg, Canon, Xerox, etc. in commercial print environment)
?? Must have a bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial print industry with prepress applications software, VDP applications and workflow integration, and color management.
?? Must have strong project management, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
?? Detail oriented, ability to plan, analyze, organize, and prioritize opportunities
