Job Description
- Learn various CVS systems, Analyze Data manually as well as through Oracle Databases
- Create, verify and process audit claims, follow through with Suppliers & Internal Staffing
- Responsible for the reduction of outside audit consultant�s recoveries.
- Transfer of skills within the audit team.
- Communicates extensively with user departments to discuss disputes, make recommendations, and to work toward problem resolution.
Job Requirements
- Associates or BS in Accounting, or minimum of 3 years of Finance or related field or work experience.
- Detailed knowledge of the Merchandising, Co-op, and Advertising departments; previous experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Accounts Payable and General Ledger systems including PeopleSoft; Knowledge of DSD/Dex/Nex and Merchandising a plus.
- Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent proven interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Excellent PC skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, (Access a plus) and working knowledge of mainframe systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven self-starter and the ability to foster teamwork, motivated self starter.
- The vision to seek out and to recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Proven negotiating skills to facilitate good supplier relations.
- Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
