Job Description
Provides the leadership and strategic planning for the Freedom Care Program, ensuring delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include the overall administrative processes of budgetary control, management systems for all youth inpatient services operations offered at the facility, including clinical, intake and assessment activities, utilization review and business development coordination.
Military experience is preferred.
Job Requirements
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, social work, or related mental health field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, or a minimum of three years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.
Licensure: LPCI, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, RN required.
Additional Requirements: A strong knowledge of JCAHO, HCFA, OSHA, and TCADA regulations, patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
