Managing and Developing HCS Group Homes and Foster Homes

Recruiting and Hiring Direct Support Professionals

Supervising Case Management, Nursing, House Managers and Administration

Quality Improvement

Billing and Census Management
- Admissions and Referrals
- Financial Management and Budget Development
- Marketing
- Staff Training and Development
Job Requirements
- Experience Working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
- HCS-waiver Experience preferred
- Management, Financial and Budget Experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field, Masters preferred
