Job Description
Do you enjoy SaaS and have experience developing supply chain or inventory management software?
Great opportunity for a developer in central Austin to perform production support of a SaaS professional Service Automation application by working with analysts, developers, and business users to solve key system-related problems and improve existing processes.
Position objectives include:
Working collaboratively with company leadership, team members, and analysts to understand their relationships with customers, business partners, and business community.
Support business functions through building, integrating, and continually innovating the application.
Resolve issues related to the applications integration and utilization through bug fixes, QA testing, and documentation.
Collaborate with other developers on best practices.
Stay current of the applications technology changes and innovations within the broader community.
Implement projects and new application functionality.

Job Requirements
Manage the Professional Services Application with a proven ability to utilize best of breed development methodologies and processes.
Maintain User groups, roles and access, custom fields, record types and page layouts, etc.
Create custom objects and make configuration changes to standard and custom fields, page layouts and record types.
Assist with data strategy/data migration with a strong Excel knowledge and ability to manipulate data and integrate, manage, and report on our critical information.
Design and implement reports and analytical dashboards based on defined requirements for all business processes.
Develop training materials for new end users and train new end users on the application Maintain metrics to track trends in usage and activity, data integrity, sales, marketing and operations objectives.
Translate business needs and requirements into business processes via Workflow Automation.
Perform data integration with third party platforms and internal SQL Server databases as well as using Excel and SF Data import tools.
Research integration issues and understand in depth the SFDC API, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, DemandTools and data retrieval.
Create and configure S-Controls, formulas, integration, relationships, tabs, grids, related lists, workflow rules, triggers and alerts.
