Job description

Monitoring the import shipments daily and researching Proof of Delivery upon shipment arrival to customer or warehouse.

Saving the Shipping Advice and Proof of Delivery on the server and recording shipping date on PO Delivery Table.

Data entry - updating the status of the shipments into the CES system daily.

Data entry - ensuring that all materials that are received and out of warehouse are recorded and updated in Huawei’s own Inventory module on a daily basis.

Misc In/Out e-flow request and entry for CES system â€" reverse logistics.

Checking the Forwarder or other suppliers’ Invoices by line item.

Ensuring that these charges are accurate and the same with the Agreement. Compliance with Company’s Financial Policy.

Outgoing/International/shipping responsibilities as requested by other departments within the location.

Requirement of strict complying with various policies issued by the Management and Corporate office from time to time.

Job Requirements
Logistics Administrator
Requirements for Logistics Administrator
- Systems background – MRP/MPS experience with ERP-type system work required (MAS 200 experience preferred), MS Office (especially Excel) required, Lotus Notes, ad-hoc report writing experience helpful; import and inventory experience a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing).
- Willing to take challenges, work well under pressure, and attention to detail.
