Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects in the Field Service, Distribution and Warranty area including development of project scope, goals, work plans, timelines and implementation strategies. The Project Manager is accountable for budgets at the project level.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications: � Bachelor Degree in Business or related field. � At least eight years of professional experience in Field Operations, Business Planning/architecture, or related experience. � Experience with MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, and OutLook Other Qualifications � At least three years of Process Improvement experience (Lean/Six Sigma Approach) � Certified Six Sigma Black Belt � Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes. � Distribution and logistics experience. � Business planning experience. � Kaizen facilitation experience (at least 10 events). � Experience in Oracle reporting and tools. � Experience coaching and mentoring Kaizen leaders. � Must exercise planning, judgment and ability to work independently. � Coaching and mentoring skills. � Statistical modeling and analysis, process mapping and complex data analysis experience. � Mistake proofing experience. Preferred Qualifications: � PMI certification preferred.
