Job Description
The Project Manager provides consulting and expertise in software implementation, and overall product knowledge. In order to be qualified for this position, the ideal candidate must have experience with Microsoft Project and Office, SDLC experience within the .NET Framework, and Critical Thinking skills. A PMP Certification is required. Qualifications
PMP certification
3+ years Project Management experience preferably in a web product development company
BA degree
3+ years SDLC experience.
Mortgage servicing experience helpful, but not required
Rapid software development methodologies experience preferred
Knowledge of relational databases, XML, CSS
Proficient with MS Office Tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
Metric Reporting - key risk and performance indicators

Document Repository experience using Microsoft Sharepoint, Wiki, RUP Builder, HTML Web Application or Custom tools
Project risk, defect and issue management
Change Management, Software Configuration Management, and Quality Management
Successful track record of managing large full-scale projects (enterprise wide) for insurance, banking, government, or financial services companies. Responsible for assessing, planning, and managing project risks, issues, escalations and problem resolutions. This person will assure SDLC compliancy when rolled out, and must be familiar with audit requirements and status reporting.
