Job Description
A well known, established and reputable Commercial General Contractor has immediate openings for Project Managers, Estimators & Superintendents. The growth of this company has created the need for a Project Manager, Estimator & Superintendent to step in and immediately supervise new and ongoing SCHOOL, FIRE STATION, HEALTHCARE & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS located throughout South Florida.

Job Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial building trade disciplines
- Verifiable experience and success in all phases of site development. Underground utilities, earthwork, concrete, asphalt and roadwork
- Skilled at reading blue prints
- Working knowledge of safety codes and compliance
- Communicate effectively with and supervise laborers and subcontractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in construction related field or engineer preferred but not required.
