Detailed Responsibilities

• Administrative support to the Project Manager, including:

• Definition of project scope during the Requirements Phase 

• Validation and confirmation of project scope during initial stage of project

• Creation and execution of detailed work plans, project plans and WBS plans

• Identification of project resources required

• Creation and support to cross functional team

• Conduct regularly scheduled project plan meetings to track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and implement schedule optimization opportunities

• Co present project status, manage the project change process, manage client expectations, escalate issues as appropriate
  
  Required Skills
  

  • 3-5 years experience project managing large scale, complex projects (planning through deployment) in the wireless telecommunications industry

  • Microsoft Project experiences a MUST. Experience with other PM software packages (Project Workbench, Primavera etc.) is a bonus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to matrix manage cross functional teams

  • 4 year degree; generally in a management or analytical field (Business Management; Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)

  • PMP Certification or MBA
