Property Manager- Residential - NYC
Major real estate owner/property management firm seeks a Property Manager to oversee a high rise (pre-war) residential building in NYC. This individual will oversee all property management operations, including office, management of staff, budget management, purchasing, engineering/construction, renovations, maintenance and repair, cleaning, outside contractors, and landlord â€"tenant relations. Individual will coordinate with leasing and legal and finance.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Position requires individual with minimum of 10 years experience as Property Manager who has managed high rise Residential building properties, and has background in project management, construction / engineering; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Compensation will include base salary in $100-130K range, depending on experience.
