Senior Property Manager
Luxury Residential Buildings - All Rental Properties
Large Real Estate Development and Management Company located in NYC, seeks a Senior Property Manager. This individual will have management responsibility for several clustered residential high-rise buildings (all luxury rentals) located in Manhattan, and will have supervisory responsibility for all building staff.
Job Requirements
The position requires an individual with at least 15 solid years experience as High-Rise Residential Property Manager in Manhattan, having an in-depth knowledge of operations as well as construction / renovation; PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.) also needed. Bachelors Degree is required. This position has strong potential for long term stability and growth.
Total compensation including base salary and bonus, will be in approximately 120K
